I enjoyed my sessions with Dr Pankaj a lot and really appreciate the knowledge he has and the help he gave me to look at things in a more healthy way. It was an amazing experience for me after taking the diet as suggested by sir . It was really a lifestyle change. First I did not believe that the diet will be able to make me loose weight but the results made my mouth shut . I was able to loose 12 Kg all because of doctor Pankaj Sir's Diet .
